Not sure where to host the videos for your secure membership site?
Do you like Wistia, but not the HIGH price?
Do you like the all you can eat play with Vimeo Pro, but fine it lacking features?
Well here is something that I think every online entrepreneur needs.

Hi Adam,
Thanks for the excellent video. I have found the advice you are giving people is very unique and haven’t heard it from any other source. I love your take on expensive monthly services such as wistia, leadpages, aweber and the like. I want to build out some membership websites for music teaching; I was cringing at the thought of paying for all the expensive services recommended by all the “internet marketing gurus” on youtube, podcasts and the like. Your content has really engaged me and gave some real options and ideas to consider, THANKS!
In regards to self hosting videos, I was concerned that it was too complex to stream videos properly to all devices, operating systems, browser versions etc. I tried using amazon S3 for an experiment but the 720p files were causing the videos to choke and buffer on mobile devices. They played ok on my desktop pc but it’s powerful and my internet connection is blazing fast.
Have you been using voo player yet? I’m curious if you have HD and SD versions for you membership sites in order to give best possible experience for customers.

Thanks for your comment and kind words.
I don’t offer 2 versions of videos, I only user 720 and have never found an issue with streaming it to mobile. What I think the issue might be is how you have your video encoded and it may be larger then it needs to be. I’ll see about creating a video on encoding your videos for web streaming. I usually manually encode them with a free program named Handbrake.
You are using a You Tube video to explain VOOPLAYER though!!!
I only use VooPlayer for my private training course videos.
Hi Adam,
Excellent video. I noticed their pricing has changed from what you showed. Do you have an affiliate link or promo codes?
Yes I notice it has as well. So is the nature of these things, these vendors change their price at some point.
Hi Adam, will you still be providing lifetime membership subscriptions for Voo player? They are releasing a new version soon, so I want to confirm that you will indeed have lifetime subscriptions available? Thanks
I am completely out of stock on that. I will be getting some more soon, very soon.
That sounds Great. Can you confirm if you will have lifetime subs for Vooplayer 4.0 (the new version just released)?
Yes it will be version 4. This is what’s causing the hold up.
What’s the deal with VooPlayer?
I see they did an upgrade about four weeks ago (Nov 2017) but I can’t find squat else about it except alternating 5 & 1 star reviews.

They released an entirely new version and it’s pretty good.
Vooplayer is more expensive than Vimeo Plus..
You can’t use Vimeo Plus for videos that you monetize. That means, if you are using them for online courses, you will get your account shut down.
Vimeo Plus is a worthless service. You have to be on their Pro, and even that is iffy.
